Feeling in Parivrtta Trikonasana

In Parivrtta Trikonasana I felt many parts of my body stretching. My legs, hips and sides felt really good because they were being stretched. The good thing was that they weren't being stretched to point where I would feel like I need to grimace. It was a nice comfortable stretch that I could still feel at the same time. In revolved triangle pose, Parivrtta Trikonasana, I was content which also meant that I was demonstrating the Niyama, Santosha.
